Refund Policy

Payments Not Yet Publicly Enabled
As of May 2026, public payment processing (Stripe checkout) is not yet enabled on DealsForge. All Pro memberships and Sponsor packages are currently invite-only via admin approval.
The “Request Access” buttons on our /pro and /sponsors pages submit a lead inquiry. No payment is processed at this time.
Future Policy (When Payments Go Live)
Once public payments are enabled, the following policy will apply:
- Pro Subscriptions — Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refunds for partial months already used. Contact us for exceptional circumstances.
- Sponsor Packages — Sponsor campaigns are non-refundable once the campaign has started (first impression delivered). Pending/unstarted campaigns may be refunded upon request.
- Verified Listings — Listing verification fees cover the verification process and profile enhancement. Refunds available within 48 hours if verification has not yet begun.
